Matt and Jacki Drane (Chi Alpha Memphis Directors)
Matt and Jacki first got involved with Chi Alpha as students at the University of Tennessee. After serving for eight years on staff with Chi Alpha at the University of Tennessee, Matt and Jacki moved across the state to establish a Chi Alpha ministry at the University of Memphis. They have three awesome kids and are passionate about seeing the lives of university students transformed by the love of Jesus.

Matt and Jacki regularly minister on campus at the University of Memphis. They are both available to speak at conferences and retreats and Jacki ministers through worship across the country. You can listen to Jacki's music below.
NATALIE REED
CHI ALPHA MISSIONARY
NATALIE REED
Natalie got connected to Chi Alpha as a student in Dayton, Ohio. After graduation, she helped launch Chi Alpha on a new campus in Ohio and completed the Chi Alpha internship in Arkansas before joining the Memphis team in 2019. She is married to Derrick and they have three amazing kids who also love being part of the campus community.
Natalie cares deeply about creating environments and cultures that promote health in all aspects of life. Part of her story is overcoming an addiction to pornography and she intentionally walks with students and others who desire the same freedom.
Her hobbies include hiking, camping, hammocking, reading, and decorative planning.
KIMBER LINDEMANN

KIMBER LINDEMANN
Kimber was first a member of Chi Alpha as a student at Western Kentucky University. After discerning her calling, she joined the Memphis team in 2022. Since moving to Memphis, she has married her husband Lucas, and they both seek the Lord daily on how they can be used on and around the Memphis campus.
Kimber loves learning and being creative, with hobbies including reading, crafting, baking, and trying new foods. She loves to include students in those hobbies as a way of connection and growth.

Christina DiGirolamo
Almost 14 years ago, Christina left home, family, friends, and everything familiar to follow God’s calling on her life. Since then, God has taken her to two continents and four countries, giving Christina the opportunity to love people, serve others, and share the love of Christ.
Since 2016, Christina has served as a missionary with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, with a heart to reach college students with the Gospel and help them grow in their relationship with Jesus. She loves walking alongside students through discipleship, Bible studies, outreach, and everyday life as they discover who they are in Christ and the purpose God has for them.
Believing college is a powerful season for students to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover their calling, Christina desires to see students transformed by Christ and equipped to make an impact on their university, the marketplace, and the world.
ARIELLE HARDAWAY

ARIELLE HARDAWAY
AriElle started out as a student in Chi Alpha in Fall of 2022. After graduating from the U of M in Spring of 2024, she felt a ministry call on her life. Her decision to volunteer with the team later resulted in her commitment to full-time campus ministry at her alma mater. She has a passion for missions and reaching hearts for Jesus. She is now our a newest member to the Chi Alpha Memphis team.
